Lathrop GPM Counsel Andrew Hogenson Named one of St. Louis Small Business Monthly’s “2024 Top Business Attorneys”
ST. LOUIS (February 5, 2024) – Lathrop GPM is proud to announce that Business Transactions Counsel Andrew Hogenson recently was named one of St. Louis Small Business Monthly’s "2024 Top Business Attorneys" and featured in the February issue. Recipients were chosen by a reader survey, in which respondents specifically mentioned individual attorneys that have personally influenced them over the years.
Hogenson concentrates his practice in the areas of general corporate and business representation and transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and formation and structuring of business entities and relationships.
Hogenson is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and The Association of Credit and Collection Professionals (ACA). He earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law.
