Lathrop & Gage expanded its presence in Colorado by opening an office in Denver in October 2005, further demonstrating the growing momentum of the firm. Phillip S. Lorenzo, Gregory S. Brown and Michael J. Roche, formerly of Baker & Hostetler L.L.P., and Michael G. Martin, formerly of Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. joined the office as members (partners). Keith Ray, formerly of Baker & Hostetler L.L.P, joined as Of Counsel.
