William Jones, David Katalinas, and Craig Knobbe have joined Lathrop GPM as partners in the Denver office, the firm said Tuesday.
Jones has experience with franchise and distribution disagreements, product liability defense, and insurance defense and coverage matters, according to Lathrop GPM.
Katalinas helps commercial clients with franchise, distribution, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity, and Knobbe handles commercial legal matters, including franchise and distribution, real estate, and corporate affairs, said the firm.
The trio joins from Moye White.
