Kevin Mason
Kevin Mason is an associate attorney supporting clients primarily within the firm's Trusts, Estates & Legacy Planning practice group. Kevin advises high-net-worth clients on trust and estate administration matters including pre-death estate strategy and wealth preservation. He further assists clients through the creation of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, pre- and post-marital agreements and the use of lifetime giving. When conflicts arise, Kevin also assists clients with trust and estate litigation.
Thanks to his previous experience as a trust advisor at a commercial bank, Kevin gained a deep understanding of how advisors can work together to best support a client’s estate planning goals.
Kevin earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2020 and his B.S. from Lindenwood University in 2015.
