Peter F. Daniel

Experience
Mr. Daniel has practiced throughout his career in the field of product liability. Since 1990, he has handled all of Variform, Inc., warranty claim litigation, as well as advised them on production and supply disputes. He has worked for nationally recognized entities such as Remington Arms, Deere & Company, Mercury Marine, Sea Ray Boats, Uniroyal, Goodrich Tire Company and Ferrellgas, Inc. He has worked on cases throughout the Midwest and as far away as Florida and California.

In addition to his product liability work, Mr. Daniel has practiced extensively in the areas of premises liability and commercial litigation.
