Lyle D. Pishny

Mr. Pishny has been in practice for over 25 years and was the co-managing partner of the Bennett Lytle law firm which joined Lathrop & Gage’s Johnson County office in 1998. Mr. Pishny has a master of laws in taxation and concentrates his practice on designing creative solutions to business and personal situations.

Mr. Pishny represents clients in structuring their business and real estate transactions, their business organizations, their succession planning, their estate planning, and counsels tax exempt organizations in their legal and tax matters.
