W. John Keyes, Ph.D.
Dr. John Keyes has over 15 years of experience working with intellectual property and business issues, including patent portfolio management and post-grant proceedings. He centers his practice on the acquisition and defense of patent rights, and has extensive research experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, biological, diagnostic, and material science arts. John counsels a wide array of clients, and has experience in contentious patent procedure, as well as preparing and prosecuting U.S and foreign patents and appeals to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.
