Wangxue Deng, Ph.D.

Dr. Wangxue Deng is a patent agent with a background in chemical engineering. Wangxue is experienced in IP due diligence in support of client’s prosecution and litigation, and also PCT patent examination while acting as the International Searching Authority on behalf of the United States Patent and Trademark Office in drafting Phase I written opinions regarding the patentability of PCT applications. 

Wangxue has experiences conducting validity, patentability, freedom-to-operate and landscape in various industries including, chemistry, oil & gas, medical & pharmacy, automobiles, consumer products, electronics, aerospace and agriculture. He has completed hundreds of projects for highly reputable US and foreign companies and law firms.
