David Shorr Informs Missouri Society of Professional Engineers on Water Quality

Lathrop Gage attorney David Shorr (Environmental - Jefferson City) led the water quality portion of the recently concluded Missouri Society of Professional Engineers conference, held at Camden on the Lake Resort in southwest Missouri. Mr. Shorr presented on the events of last year's water quality issues at the Lake of the Ozarks and the ensuing resolutions.

Mr. Shorr has spoken and written on this and related subjects at national and regional conferences. He is the partner in charge of the firm's Jefferson City office, and represents clients in regulatory matters in the environmental, energy, and utilities arenas and handles complex cases involving the scope of legal authority and government public policy. He also handles regulatory matters involving health care, insurance, and telecommunications. Mr. Shorr is a registered Missouri lobbyist and assists clients with legislative strategies.
