Biotech Patent Attorney Rebecca Wright, Ph.D., Joins Lathrop Gage in Boston
Wright is a registered patent attorney who focuses her practice on biotechnology, chemical and medical device patent prosecution. She is also skilled in patent portfolio management and due diligence, and drafting provisional and nonprovisional patent applications.
Prior to joining Lathrop Gage, Wright worked as a patent attorney with Knobbe Martens, an intellectual property and technology-focused firm in San Diego.
Wright received her juris doctor from George Washington University Law School, 2016, her Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the University of California, Davis, 2013, and her B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Illinois in 2007.
Wright’s hire follows that of Dr. Shann Kerner, also a patent attorney who recently joined Lathrop Gage’s Boston office.
