Giulio DeConti and Brian Trinque Recognized by Massachusetts Super Lawyers

BOSTON (October 25, 2011) – Super Lawyers magazine recently recognized two Lathrop Gage partners in its 2011 honors for Massachusetts. For intellectual property, Giulio DeConti (Intellectual Property – Boston) was recognized as a Super Lawyer, and Brian Trinque (Intellectual Property – Boston) was selected as a “Rising Star.”

DeConti has more than 25 years of experience practicing intellectual property law and specializes in intellectual property strategy in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and chemistry. He has been selected to the Massachusetts Super Lawyers list since 2005, has received a Martindale-Hubbell “AV” rating, was named among the 2011-2012 Best Lawyers in America, and named a “Leading Lawyer” by Chambers USA.

Trinque focuses his practice on intellectual property law in the pharmaceutical and chemical arts. He holds a Ph.D. in organic chemistry and has experience in patent preparation, prosecution, and opinion work. He frequently lectures on recent advances in life science cases from the Federal Circuit.
