Nicholas R. Theodore

Nicholas Theodore focuses his practice on real estate and tax credit financing. Mr. Theodore works with equity investors, developers, lenders and tax credit allocatees in a variety of real estate matters involving federal, state and local tax credits and incentives including new markets tax credits, historic rehabilitation tax credits, and low-income housing tax credits. He also advises clients on various real estate issues regarding the acquisition, development, and financing of commercial, senior, and multi-family residential property.
