Kyle J. Craig
Kyle Craig focuses his practice on real estate and corporate law. His duties include advising clients on real estate and loan transactions, preparing real estate documents such as leases and sale agreements, handling title matters, and drafting loan documents. Kyle also works with clients on a variety of business transactions and corporate matters.
Prior to joining Lathrop Gage, Kyle served as legal counsel for a multinational biochemical and ingredient company. There he drafted and negotiated contracts for North and South America, supported merger and acquisition activity, and managed outside litigation counsel. In addition, Kyle assisted in the creation and implementation of compliance policies, including data privacy, anti-corruption and contractual risks.
During law school, Kyle was a student clerk for The Honorable Janice Miller Karlin, United States Bankruptcy Court, District of Kansas. He also served as a staff editor for the Kansas Law Review.
