Courtney M. Conrad

As leader of Lathrop Gage’s Wealth Strategies Practice Group, Courtney Conrad has extensive experience providing counsel to high-net worth clients, closely held businesses and their owners and charitable organizations, and offers up-to-the-minute knowledge of the changing tax laws and the most sophisticated estate planning techniques. Her primary focus is in the area of estates and trust law.

Ms. Conrad helps clients secure their legacy and financial futures and transfer wealth in the most tax-efficient manner, whether transferring assets to future generations, charitable entities or other structures. She provides comprehensive strategies for minimizing transfer tax and addressing estate and trust administration, asset protection, special needs planning, succession plans and family issues across generations.
