Mr. Waugh has concentrated his practice in Trust and Estates and charitable organizations including tax issues for over 35 years. He works with tax exempt organizations in a number of areas which are unique to such entities. He has experience in tax issues, planned giving issues and general not-for-profit legal issues. He works with individuals in creating estate plans and the administration of estates and trusts.
