Stark Wars II: Phase II - Return of the Phase I Regulators
This program offers guidance for getting a head start on compliance with the proposed Phase II regulations for implementation of the Stark II law including how these regulations will impact issues related to the financial relationship between physicians and hospitals, including physician retention payments, anti-kickback safe harbors, physician recruitment and compensation and covenants not to complete.
