Beyond the Basics: Health Care Webinar Series
The alphabet soup of healthcare regulations - HIPAA, EMTALA, CoPs - always seems about to boil over, and keeping up is a daunting challenge.  Our latest webinar series, Beyond the Basics, allows you to log on over lunch and learn how to tackle three of the hottest issues in healthcare.

On this fourth anniversary of the Privacy Rule and second anniversary of the Security Rule, we'll discuss the use, disclosure and security of protected information, and the latest in government enforcement activity and private lawsuits alleging privacy and security breaches.

Thursday, May 17 - CoPs and Accreditation
This session will provide straightforward advice to help you prepare for and survive accreditation surveys, including a tutorial on the Medicare Conditions of Participation.
