Wale Akinmoladun

Wale Akinmoladun focuses his practice on personal injury, premises liability, product liability and tortious interference litigation. His experience also includes resolving contract disputes and other complex cases that involve allegations of injury to reputation and property. Most recently, he helped a local organization resolve criminal and civil embezzlement actions, resulting in a favorable outcome that was unique and customized to the client’s needs. In addition, Mr. Akinmoladun is adept at writing pre-trial motions including motions to dismiss.

Mr. Akinmoladun works on national trial teams, where he plays an integral role in pre-trial discovery and investigation, as he frequently interviews potential key witnesses. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including railroad transportation, pet supply retail, weapons manufacturing and religious institutions. Mr. Akinmoladun partners with clients to provide quality legal advice that is responsive, strategic and efficient.
