J. Taylor White

J. Taylor White is a litigation attorney whose practice focuses on business litigation, specifically in the areas of commercial, banking and real estate litigation, loan enforcement, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, title disputes, and mechanic’s liens. 

Mr. White previously served as a summer associate for Lathrop & Gage. 

Some of his representative matters include: 

  • Assisted multiple banking clients in conducting foreclosures and obtaining deficiency judgments
  • Filed and defended mechanic’s lien claims for and against construction contractors
  • Represented land developer in multiple zoning disputes
  • Represented numerous clients in property disputes including claims for adverse possession
  • Represented business in tortious interference action
  • Represented businesses in breach of contract claims, lease disputes and argued for and against non-compete agreements
  • Represented multiple homeowners in claims related to construction defects and the Missouri Merchandising Practices Act
  • Aided in representation of healthcare facilities in malpractice actions
