Thomas H. Stahl

Mr. Stahl concentrates his practice in corporate and business services which includes business formation, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, board of directors, employment and shareholders issues. He has provided counsel to large and small business entities in a multitude of areas including mergers and acquisitions, general corporate governance, corporate planning and organization, international, banking, healthcare, professional corporations, federal and state regulations and business litigation. He has represented financial institutions for the past 30 years concerning all aspects of banking law concerning federal and state regulatory actions including bank holding company issues and acquisitions. Also in the regulatory arena he has purchased and merged insurance related entities, gaining the necessary regulatory approval. He has also provided counsel to large and small not-for-profit entities including trade associations, chambers of commerce and charitable foundations.

Mr. Stahl also serves as an Adjunct Professor where he teaches courses in Business Law, and Boards of Directors for Profit and Non-Profit Corporations in the Rockhurst University MBA Program.

Mr. Stahl served as Assistant United States Attorney General, Western District of Missouri from 1971-1973; and served as Assistant Missouri Attorney General from 1970-1971.
