Experience
Mr. FitzGerald's practice focuses on intellectual property law.  His experience includes work in the various stages of multi-jurisdictional patent, trademark, trade dress and licensing litigations; advising clients regarding the registration, enforcement and licensing of marks; representing clients in proceedings before the TTAB; analyzing trademark licensing programs and drafting schedules of trade obligations; drafting trademark and service mark license agreements; drafting international software distributorship agreements; advising clients on various issues within the Copyright Office including formalities of applications, public domain clearances, and responses to refusals from the Copyright Office; negotiating and drafting co-authorship, work-for-hire, and production agreements in the music industry; and advising clients in negotiations with collaborators.
