Terry J. Brady has extensive trial experience in all state and federal courts. He represents governmental agencies, political subdivisions and corporations before the state legislatures of Missouri and Kansas, the United States Congress, administrative bodies, the executive branch, and municipal and county governments. He represents General Motors Corporation, Central Missouri State University, the Platte County, Missouri Sheriff’s Department, and the Platte County, Missouri Prosecutor’s Office, and the Unified Government of Kansas City, Kansas. Additionally, he is a former Secretary-Attorney for the Board of Police Commissioners. He has also been appointed a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri. He serves as head lead Legal Counsel for the Kansas and Missouri Metropolitan Culture District (Bistate) Commission. In 2005, he was appointed by the Governor of Missouri to a four-year term on the Board of Police Commissioners for the City of Kansas City, Missouri and serves as Vice President of the Board.
