Shawn Sourk is the director of records at Lathrop & Gage LLP. In this role, Mr. Sourk is responsible for consistent file creation and record implementation, maintenance of the numerical system and a uniform file system across all of the firm’s offices. A long-range goal of the records department is to implement an electronic program that will limit liability and save space.
Prior to joining Lathrop & Gage, Mr. Sourk served in various file department supervisory roles at other law firms and corporations.
