Stephen J. Horace

Mr. Horace has 20 years of experience handling complex commercial disputes and advising clients on myriad intellectual property issues. His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation, prosecution and counseling, with special emphasis on trademark, trade dress, advertising and unfair competition issues. Mr. Horace has successfully prosecuted, defended and favorably resolved numerous cases involving claims of infringement, trade secret theft, deceptive trade practices and contractual disputes, including numerous injunction actions.

In addition, Mr. Horace develops and conducts intellectual property training programs, and advises clients regarding advertising, trade regulation and consumer protection issues and investigations.
