Representative Experience:
- Represented client in his claims against debtor in individual Chapter 11 bankruptcy case. Successfully represented the client in a post-confirmation breach of plan action.
- Successfully obtained allowed claim for environmental contamination occurring between 1900-1945. Obtained cash distribution in excess of $5 million.
- Successfully represented a major entertainment and gaming company in its acquisition of an operating casino from the bankruptcy estate. Successfully fended off competing purchasers and competing plan proponents.
