Experience
Mr. Dickenson's practice is comprised of representing clients on a broad range of legal issues including commercial litigation, product liability and toxic tort defense, general tort litigation, business litigation and medical malpractice. Mr. Dickenson has successfully represented his clients in business disputes concerning the scope of LLC and contractual responsibilities, a broad range of product liability litigation, appeals, negotiations, arbitrations and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Dickenson has taken hundreds of depositions and tried numerous cases during the course of his legal career.
Mr. Dickenson is an Adjunct Professor at St. Louis University teaching Appellate Practice.
