Ms. Cajanding is a staff attorney focusing her practice in real estate law.  Ms. Cajanding prepares real estate documents such as leases, sales agreements and easements, handles title matters, drafts loan documents such as notes and collateral documents and advises clients on real estate and loan transactions.

Ms. Cajanding's experience includes reviewing and analyzing real estate title information to confirm client's lien position; identifying potential vesting, legal, taxes and inheritance issues to protect client's interest; drafting, executing and recording legal documents; and coordinating with outside counsel foreclosures, replevin, money judgments and garnishments.
