Robert W. McKinley

Experience
Mr. McKinley specializes in labor and employment law, as well as employee benefit and fiduciary litigation. He has successfully defended many complex cases involving fraud, securities law and breach of professional and fiduciary duties under both federal and state law.

Mr. McKinley has defended employers and insurers in a wide variety of individual and class action employment  matters, including agent and manager terminations, wrongful discharge, discrimination, harassment, covenants not to compete, drug testing, benefit cases, practice before the EEOC, NLRB, Department of Labor and State Human Rights Agencies, collective bargaining and preventive law. He has litigated in both Federal and State courts throughout the United States.

Mr. McKinley has represented many life, health, accident and disability insurers in defending individual, group, employer-provided and third party administrator claims, successfully defending claims in several reported decisions. In addition, he is a frequent lecturer on employment, insurance and trial practice related issues.
