Ms. Beal is an associate in the real estate and finance practice areas.  She specializes in commercial real estate loans and has extensive experience in general commercial real estate transactions including the sale, purchase, leasing, development and financing of real estate for commercial developers, investors, banks and mortgage lenders.  She also focuses on tax-exempt and taxable bond financings, including general obligation, refunding, revenue and private activity bonds.  She drafts and negotiates various real estate documents and reviews surveys and title documents in connection with a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Ms. Beal also provides legal advice to public and private clients in connection with economic development incentives and financings including tax increment financing and the formation of transportation development districts, neighborhood improvement districts and community improvement districts.
