Rebecca B. Beal

Ms. Beal is an associate in the real estate, finance and corporate practice areas.  She specializes in retail leasing, sale-leasebacks, mixed use and regional mall developments, real estate aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, including acquisition financing, asset-based lending, senior notes, subordinated notes, convertible debt, real estate financing, and letter-of-credit transactions. She also focuses on tax-exempt and taxable bond financings, including Gulf Opportunity Zone, refunding, revenue and private activity bonds.

Ms. Beal represents a major movie theater chain and other national retailers, and regularly represents landlords and tenants in commercial transactions including negotiating and documenting REA’s with department stores, leases with office and retail tenants, outparcel sales and ground leases and the ultimate disposition of projects.
