Ms. Romero represents companies and organizations in a wide variety of employment law matters. She handles charges of employment discrimination before the EEOC and state and local agencies, as well as unfair labor practices charges before the NLRB. She also counsels employers regarding various matters including wage and hour/FLSA classifications, employment and separation agreements, drug testing policies, and HR best practices.

In the immigration field, Ms. Romero assists national and regional employers with immigrant and non-immigrant matters concerning executives, managers, professionals, and skilled workers from abroad. Ms. Romero has filed and received approvals on numerous H-1B, L and O-1 petitions. Finally, Ms. Romero is well-versed in the areas of employment eligibility verification (Form I-9 Compliance, E-Verify) and employment authorization under the immigration laws, and regularly counsels clients on these topics.
