Litigation Counsel of America Highlights Fred Starrett as Fellow
The Litigation Counsel of America featured Lathrop & Gage attorney Fred Starrett (Business Litigation - Overland Park) as one of its "Fellow Spotlights" in the October 2009 edition of Litigation Commentary & Review. Mr. Starrett was inducted as a Fellow of the institution in 2008.
"Kansas Fellow Frederick K. Starrett of Lathrop Gage in Overland Park has tried more than 50 jury trials and has handled litigation throughout his region, including extensive appellate practice in the state and federal courts," the publication states.
