Aimee Davenport Presents “Environmental Justice” at Annual Missouri Conference
Lathrop & Gage attorney Aimee Davenport (Environmental - Jefferson City), presented "Environmental Justice" as part of the 18th annual Environmental Conference at the Lake last week, in Osage Beach, Mo. The conference is administered by the Missouri Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and is co-sponsored by the Missouri Bar, and features cutting-edge lectures in the field of environmental law.
Ms. Davenport's presentation looked at the Clean Water Act and EPA guidance for today's themes in environmental law. She and fellow panelists Robin Rotman of DNR and Althea Moses of the EPA shed light on the regulatory context, including monitoring, permitting, and inspection/compliance assistance, and also from the perspective of non-regulatory matters such as access to funds for environmental improvements and energy efficiency.
Ms. Davenport regularly represents public and private entities in environmental, energy, and administrative law matters.
