Fred Starrett Inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America
Miami, FL - Frederick K. Starrett (Business Litigation - Overland Park) was inducted into the Litigation Counsel of America at the LCA’s Spring Conference and Induction of Fellows in Miami on May 1.
Mr. Starrett has tried more than forty jury trials in his career, and has handled litigation throughout the United States, including extensive appellate practice in the state and federal courts. Among the types of cases he has handled are copyright infringement, residential, commercial and heavy construction, injuries, product liability, and professional and product liability. He has handled a broad range of litigation issues for an electric utility, and has taught trial practice at Washburn School of Law .
The Litigation Counsel of America is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only.
