Los Angeles Daily Journal highlights Lincoln Bandlow on FCC Indecency Policy Ruling

Lathrop & Gage attorney Lincoln Bandlow was quoted in a Los Angeles Daily Journal article about a recent federal appeals court ruling striking down the Federal Communications Commission indecency policy. The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals unanimously ruled that the policy violated the First Amendment because it was unconstitutionally vague.
