HIRE Act Follow-Up: IRS Affidavit

Earlier this month, we told you about the Hiring Incentives to Restore Employment Act President Obama signed into law on March 18, 2010. The Act provides tax incentives for businesses hiring unemployed workers and extends the maximum ยง179 election to expense certain depreciable business assets. When we sent out our first client alert about the HIRE Act, the IRS was working on creating an employee affidavit.
