Peter J. Chung

Experience
Mr. Chung's experience includes all phases of litigation. He has represented and counseled clients in tort litigation, commercial litigation, workers' compensation and employment matters. He has acted as lead counsel for his clients in trials, administrative hearings and in the Court of Appeals. His current litigation practice emphasizes tort litigation, workers' compensation and employment matters where he primarily represents large corporations.

Prior to joining Lathrop & Gage, Mr. Chung was in private practice where he represented clients in insurance defense and workers' compensation defense matters. His prior experience also includes working as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri. His first legal experience was providing legal representation to low-income clients who were victims of domestic abuse through the Legal Aid of Western Missouri.
