Homeward Bound
One of America’s foremost regionalist artists, Kansas City’s Thomas Hart Benton declared himself an enemy of modernism. His famous work The Race, or Homeward Bound, created in 1944, depicts the uneasy relationship between rural life and industrial progress. We selected the painting because it vividly reflects our firm’s legacy with the railroad industry, along with our time-honored commitment to client service while using the most sophisticated technology available.
