Kansas City, Mo. (September 20, 2007) – Joel Voran, CEO of Lathrop & Gage L.C. announced today that Brad Leitch has joined the Kansas City, Mo. office as a member in the business disputes and construction departments.

Leitch comes to Lathrop & Gage from Sonnenschein, Nath & Rosenthal and focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation and construction law and litigation. He has more than 15 years experience representing clients as plaintiffs, defendants and third-parties in cases in state and federal courts and in arbitrations involving construction disputes, franchising and licensing agreements, commercial fraud and other business torts, products liability, securities class action claims, insurance coverage, contract disputes, environmental claims and personal injuries.

Leitch received his undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas in 1988 and his juris doctorate from Northwestern University School of Law in 1991. He is a member of The Missouri Bar, Kansas Bar Association, Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association and the American Bar Association, Litigation and Natural Resources Sections.
