New York (August 8, 2007)  Joel Voran, CEO of Lathrop & Gage L.C. announced today that Thomas J. FitzGerald has joined the New York office as an associate in the intellectual property law group.

FitzGerald’s practice focuses on intellectual property law. He has experience in every stage of multi-jurisdictional patent, trademark, trade dress and licensing litigations.

FitzGerald received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1999 and his juris doctorate from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2004. He was the executive production editor of the Buffalo Intellectual Property Law Journal and the administrative director of the Jessup International Moot Court (2002-2003). FitzGerald is a member of the New York State Bar Association, IP and Entertainment Sections, American Bar Association, IP Section and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
