Michael W. Rhodes
Mr. Rhodes has extensive experience in a wide variety of business litigation, including insurance coverage disputes, litigation related to insurance insolvencies and guaranty funds.
Mr. Rhodes also has extensive experience in defending securities and commodities claims in federal and state court and in arbitration proceedings before self-regulatory organizations. He has successfully defended national and regional broker-dealers against a variety of claims, including failed real estate limited partnership syndications, suitability, churning, unauthorized trading, and misrepresentation claims under the ’33 and ’34 Acts and State Blue Sky Acts.
