Matthew L. Heffner

Mr. Heffner has a broad litigation practice representing clients primarily in Kansas and Missouri state and federal courts, although his practice takes him throughout the country representing clients in other states, such as California and Texas. Mr. Heffner has experience representing both businesses and individuals in breach of contract, real estate, business tort, professional liability, construction, intellectual property, trust and estate, personal injury, and employment cases, as well as divorce and other family law matters. Mr. Heffner prides himself on providing excellent results for his clients in an efficient, cost-sensitive manner.
