Matthew Growcock

Mr. Growcock is an associate in our tort litigation department focusing his practice in complex, frequently emotionally charged cases involving allegations of injury to person, reputation and property.

Mr. Growcock's experience is in civil trial practice concentrating in the areas of product liability, insurance, personal injury, medical negligence, and railroad defense. His practice includes both bench trials and multi-day jury trials. He has drafted appellate briefs as both appellant and respondent and successfully argued in front of the Court of Appeals for the Southern District of Missouri. His experience also includes analyzing complex insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions for both commercial and residential policies.

In the area of public law, Mr. Growcock currently serves as City Attorney for the City of Fremont Hills, Missouri.

Mr. Growcock attended the 2006 Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers Trial Academy and the 2009 National Association of Railroad Trial Counsel's College of Trial Advocacy.
