Ms. Gearhart is an associate in the wealth strategies and corporate departments. She specializes in general corporate and contractual work, real estate, securities, creditor’s rights and mortgage foreclosure. Ms. Gearhart creates and maintains various legal entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships and limited partnerships. She prepares and negotiates contracts, drafts documents for the sale of various securities in public and private transactions, and drafts and negotiates legal documents for the sale, purchase and lease of real estate, including both residential and retail development projects.
