Mr. Fletcher is an experienced litigator, specializing in business litigation. Mr. Fletcher's practice includes construction litigation, foreclosure of security interests in personal and real property, general loan enforcement and workouts, collections and banking litigation.
Mr. Fletcher represents several regional banks, including Great Southern Bancorp, regarding defense of lending claims, foreclosures, loan enforcement and workouts. Mr. Fletcher has experience handling complex and contentious loan enforcement situations. His recent projects include:
removing over 40 squatters from vacant hotel property so that a banking client could proceed with a scheduled foreclosure sale.
evicting a former state court judge, turned pro-se litigant, from a multi-million dollar property he refused to vacate after a foreclosure sale.
removing mechanic's liens, against hotel properties foreclosed upon by a banking client, which were filed post foreclosure by the former owner.
