Mr. Pishny has been in practice for over 25 years and was the co-managing partner of the Bennett Lytle law firm which joined Lathrop & Gage's Johnson County office in 1998. Mr. Pishny has a master of laws in taxation and concentrates his practice on designing creative solutions to business and personal situations.
Mr. Pishny has represented clients in structuring their business and real estate sales, acquisitions and leases, and in planning their business organizations and estate affairs.
