Bond
Experience
Ms. Bond concentrates her practice in the representation of health care providers, including government regulatory compliance, structuring of hospital-physician relationships, medical staff issues and other legal concerns faced by hospitals and health care providers. In addition to her extensive health care law practice, Ms. Bond has experience in general civil litigation, Kansas mortgage foreclosure litigation, commercial tenant-landlord litigation and workers' compensation. Ms. Bond is a member of a number of health law organizations and is active in community affairs having served on the boards of several community and health care organizations. Ms. Bond is also a member of the Faculty of the University of Kansas School of Law where she teaches Lawyering I and II.
