Lindsay A. Blevins

Ms. Blevins is of counsel in the corporate department. Her practice focuses on the areas of onshore oil and gas exploration and development transactions. Ms. Blevins counsels clients in the acquisition and disposition of E&P companies and assets. She regularly provides advice and prepares agreements in connection with exploration and development activities and related operational issues including, but not limited to, drafting and review of joint operating agreements, participation agreements, farmout agreements, crude and gas purchase agreements, oil and gas leases and drilling and division order title opinions.

In addition, Ms. Blevins has represented borrowers and lenders in connection with production based financing and other revolving credit facilities. She also advises clients in the formation, operation and financing of private equity transactions and other partnership arrangements.
