Jill Waldman
Ms. Waldman’s practice is devoted to representing employers in workplace matters. She defends employers in federal and state courts and before governmental agencies. Ms. Waldman has specialized experience defending discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower cases, and workplace tort claims such as defamation, assault/battery, negligent hiring/retention, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Aside from litigating, Ms. Waldman regularly counsels clients regarding employment matters, such as termination and disciplinary actions and policy development. She also conducts presentations and in-house training to promote respectful workplace practices.
