James P. Tierney

Mr. Tierney has significant experience in representing clients in aspects of business and corporate matters. He has served as counsel in numerous merger and acquisition transactions both as counsel to the acquired entity and the acquiring entity. For example, Victors Petroleum Inc. into Swift Company subsequently named Esmark, Inc.; American Beauty Macaroni Company into Pillsbury; Pillsbury into Grand Metropolitan; Pasco Petroleum Corporation into Oasis Refining Company.
