Mr. Snider focuses his practice in the Intellectual Property Transactional Group which includes the following experience:
- All levels of transnational patent prosecution and litigation including: corporate IP management and client counseling; inventor consultation and patent drafting; USPTO advocacy; federal infringement claims and defense; expert depositions; discovery and Markman hearings; defense of state claims; interference practice; reissue and reexamination; design patents; multinational prosecution of single applications and families of applications. Specialties in high-technology electronics, with wide experience in all levels of mechanical, biomedical and chemical devices, processes and business methods.
- All levels of trademark prosecution and litigation including: applications, registration on the federal and the supplemental register; opposition defense; trademark, trade dress and trade secret claims and defense for both federal and state courts.
Mr. Snider’s practice has also included all levels of representation in general civil litigation cases as well as administrative law advocacy before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office and Social Security Administration, as well as the Illinois Department of Employment Security.
